Hub Resources
The Hub offers many resources to community partners and families. Check out the resources we have below for Professional Development, materials you can request to have and kits that are available to borrow.
*These resources are available to those working with children prenatal-3rd grade, in Morrow, Umatilla and Union counties.
Across Morrow, Umatilla and Union county, there are Professional Learning Teams (PLT) that meet during the school year to learn more about ways to align practices and support social-emotional learning. For those that participate there are other training and material supports.

Union ECPT meetings the 2nd Wed from 1-2pm at the DHS office in La Grande
Umatilla/Morrow ECPT meetings the 2nd Tue of odd months (Jan, March, May...) at 9am. Location alternates between Boardman, Hermiston and Pendleton.

Kindergarten Readiness Survey
What is kindergarten readiness? How do you know if a child is really ready?
The BMELH work with multiple principals and kindergarten teachers to develop a readiness survey that looks at the skills teachers really want kids to have when they enter school.
The survey can be used as a check point for readiness or as a tool to help families know what skills to work towards in the years leading up to Kindergarten.
