If you have a child or know of a child who does not have access to preschool or is opting out due to COVID-19? The Blue Mountain Early Learning Hub has Home Education Kits in both English and Spanish to provide to families with children ages 3 to 4, residing in Umatilla, Morrow or Union county.  These kits contain educational materials and guidance for school readiness.
