If you’ve ever wished for a dedicated space to share ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate successes, this is your opportunity. Join fellow professionals who work with children and families from Prenatal–3rd Grade for a collaborative and supportive learning experience.

Our Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) provide a welcoming environment to gain new knowledge and resources while also sharing your own expertise. With our newly enhanced PLT structure, we are focusing on program-wide, community-wide, and individual implementation of The Pyramid Model, and Conscious Discipline.

We proudly support providers across a wide range of programs, including private childcare, public and private preschool, Head Start, school districts, and health department programs.

All participants are eligible to receive materials, training opportunities, and family engagement support from the Blue Mountain Early Learning Hub.

Birth–3rd Grade PLTs are offered throughout Umatilla, Morrow, and Union Counties.
