The Blue Mountain Early Learning Hub was designed to connect health, education, and family services into one coordinated system for young children.  It focuses on increasing access to early learning opportunities, helping more families receive the support they need. The Hub improves kindergarten readiness by aligning early childhood programs with school expectations and supporting early literacy and development.  It also builds strong partnerships across schools, providers, and community agencies, creating a unified approach to supporting children and families.  Overall, it promotes whole-child development and family well-being, making a meaningful impact across rural communities in Northeast Oregon.
